Looking for a Summer Program Coordinator!!!
The South Cooking Lake Community League is looking for a volunteer to coordinate the summer recreation program.
Duties:
- Recruit, hire and manage the summer recreation leader
- Apply for and manage grants for the summer program
- Attend community league meetings and provide status updates on the program
- Assemble supplies and game equipment
- Complete payroll duties for the summer program leader
- Assist the summer program leader in developing recreational programs and events including recreational, fitness and sports activities
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Schedule activities, keep logs, maintain records and prepare reports
- Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
