The building has 2 floors. The main floor is 2,717 square feet. The lower level is 2464 square feet. It has a seating capacity from 120 – 180 people.

Are you serving alcohol for your social?
Any social functions with alcohol service, booking our community hall will be required to purchase Host Liquor Liability insurance in the amount of $2 million. Renters will be required to name both South Cooking Lake Community League and Strathcona County as Additional Named Insured’s on their Certificate of Insurance. For further details, please enquire about host liquor liability insurance when you are booking.
Rental contacts and rates:
- Weekend – Friday 7 pm to Sunday 4 pm = $750 ($300 for non-profit organization)
- Per Day (Sat or Sun) – 10 am to 10 pm = $350 ($200 for non-profit organization)
- Weekday or Evening – Per Hour = $35
- Funeral Receptions – Per Day = $100
- Propane BBQ – $60
